Dispatch

Because orders are placed by enquiry, we confirm stock and delivery cost by email before payment. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment clearing.

United Kingdom

Tracked delivery, typically 2–4 working days. Delivery cost is confirmed in your enquiry response.

Ireland & Europe

Tracked delivery, typically 3–7 working days. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of world

Available on request. We quote per order based on weight and destination.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email support@maeandco.co.uk with your order reference and we will open a claim with the carrier.
