Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and return the goods within a further 14 days.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

How to return

Email support@maeandco.co.uk with your order reference and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and reference to include with your parcel.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives faulty, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage.
